Refund and Returns Policy

Our refund and return policy is valid for 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer you a full refund or exchange.

Delayed or Missing Refunds

Next, please contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted to your statement.

Subsequently, please contact your bank. There is often a processing time required by banks before a refund is posted.

Sale Items

Only items purchased at full price are eligible for a refund; sale items cannot be refunded.

We only offer exchanges for items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the exact same product, please send an email to 13112296919@163.com.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equivalent to the value of the returned item. Once we receive the returned item, a gift voucher will be mailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift-giver chose to have the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, the refund will be issued directly to the gift-giver, and they will be notified of your return. You are responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.

The time it takes to receive your exchanged item may vary depending on your geographic location.

If you are returning a high-value item, we recommend considering the use of a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
