Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Business days exclude weekends and all U.S. federal holidays. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery status.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
We offer standard shipping for all domestic orders. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after the order has been dispatched. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or regional logistics.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on order weight, size, and destination. The exact shipping fee will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. We may offer free standard shipping on orders over a certain amount, which will be automatically applied during promotions.
Shipping Coverage
We currently ship to all 50 states in the U.S. We also ship to standard PO boxes where allowed by the carrier. For the fastest delivery, we recommend using a physical street address.
Tracking & Delivery
You may track your package at any time using the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email. If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact your local postal service first, then reach out to our customer support team for further assistance.
